A “Cultural Code. Programmed to Kill” is a documentary project about how culture influences the destinies of peoples, turning some countries into strong and promising ones, and others into degrading dictatorships. The authors of the documentary compared the cultural experience, folk traditions, and everyday habits of Ukrainians and Russians and found out why, at first glance, seemingly identical countries turned out to be so different. Why do Russians kill civilians in Ukraine so easily? Is every person capable of the atrocities that the Russian troops commits?
