"Special Report. Operation Crimea" is a documentary project of a journalist from the 1+1 TV channel, who found out what exactly happened in March-April 2014, when the Russian occupiers seized power in Crimea. Having stayed undercover on the annexed peninsula, the correspondent will try to find out whether the majority of residents of the Autonomous Republic wanted to become part of the Russian Federation and how a fake referendum took place, as a result of which Crimea ceased to be part of the Ukrainian state.
