"Heroes. Serhii Falatyuk" — a special report about junior lieutenant Serhii Falatyuk. The Antonov airfield in Gostomel became one of the targets of the Russian army on February 24, 2022. The airfield was simultaneously attacked by several dozen Russian helicopters and hundreds of paratroopers. The Ukrainian National Guardsmen were the first to enter the battle. The reinforced company held back the breakthrough of the Russian landing force into Kyiv. Ukrainian soldiers managed to shoot down 6 enemy helicopters. The first decisive shot was fired by 25-year-old Serhii Falatyuk.
