“Cossack Palace in Sokyryntsy” is a documentary film from the series “Ukrainian Palaces. The Golden Age". In the 18th century, the Cossack family Galagan settled in the village of Sokyryntsi (Chernihiv region); whose representatives built a palace here. During the Soviet era, the beautiful building was turned into a technical college and its incredible history was destroyed. Its history fulls of dramas and tragedies, great betrayal and mysterious deaths. The host of the program, Akim Halimov, will tell the real history of the palace in Sokyryntsy.
