“From Cossacks to Kings: Vyshnivets” is a documentary film from the series “Ukrainian Palaces. The Golden age". The palace in the village of Vyshnivets, Ternopil region, is called the Ukrainian Versailles because of its majestic appearance and hall of mirrors. This is an architectural monument of the 18th century, which combines features of late Baroque and classicism. This palace was built by the Vyshnevetskyi family. The real story of the Vyshnivetskyi Palace tells about the struggle between different empires, which ultimately significantly influenced the distinctive Ukrainian identity.
