“Mezhyhirya” is a film from the documentary series “The Winter that Changed Us”. A story about the incredibly luxurious residence of Viktor Yanukovych, the fourth president of Ukraine, who betrayed his country and shamefully fled to Russia. The authors of the film draw parallels between Yanukovych’s life in the immensely expensive Mezhyhirya estate and in the simple Donetsk city of Yenakievе, where his parents’ house is in ruins.
